InCAS - swimming for more than 40 years 

InCAS is a small community and family oriented swimming club based around Inverkeithing, Dalgety Bay, Rosyth, Dunfermline and Lochgelly. InCAS is an inclusive club and welcomes swimmers of all ages, levels and abilities.

Established in 1975 InCAS, aims to encourage and promote swimming activities particularly amongst young swimmers, with the aim of providing a safe, caring, professionally managed environment in which swimmers of all ages and abilities can reach their own potential. Swimmers from InCAS have gone on to swim in Regional, National  and International events

InCAS is affiliated to Scottish Swimming within Fife Region and East District and has been awarded SwimMark accreditation.
