InCAS are always happy to hear from new swimmers of all swimming capabilities.
Our squads are structured to encourage progress and develop swimmers of varying abilities.
At different times of the year the club may operate a waiting list for some squads depending on the number of enquires we receive and the number of places available in each squad.

A member of the club will contact you for any further required information and discuss potential membership and trial opportunities.
It should be noted that InCAS is a non-profit organisation.
MEMBERSHIP FEE - An annual fee is due in April. The amount varies depending on your squad.
SASA REGISTRATION FEE - All swimmers need to be registered with the Scottish Amateur Swimming Association for insurance purposes and for entering competitions.
This is an annual fee which is due in February. This money is not kept by the club, but goes straight to Scottish Swimming.
SQUAD FEE - A monthly fee which pays for the swimming activities at the club, including pool hire. Again, the fee amount varies depending on which squad the
swimmer is in. These fees must be paid on the first of every month. (Although this fee is paid monthly, it is an annual fee that is split into twelve equal payments).
Failure to pay may result in a member being prevented from swimming in club sessions. You will be notified when your child changes squad and we ask that you promptly
alter your payments accordingly.
All payments excluding monthly membership fees require an email to the Treasurer at treasurer@swim-incas.org. The prompt payment of fees is necessary for the smooth
running of the club. All payments need to be made directly into the bank account and referenced as to what the payment is for.
If a swimmer wishes to leave the club, InCAS require 30 days notice. Membership fees must continue to be paid during this notice period.
Notice must be sent in writing to the Membership Secretary (membership@swim-incas.org).
